Welcome to TrubeTech Campaign Manager
This site exists first and foremost for players. Specifically, players who are tired of hearing, “You don’t remember that?” followed by consequences.
Consider this your party’s shared spellbook, journal, and conspiracy board. If you learned it in-game and it feels important, write it down here before the DM smiles and takes notes.
Primary Purpose: Preventing DM Shenanigans
- Track NPCs so “that one guy” is more than a vague hand gesture
- Keep quest details straight so objectives don’t mysteriously change
- Record locations so places stay real and not “wherever the DM wants”
- Maintain a shared memory for the party between sessions
This site helps players remember names, promises, grudges, debts, prophecies, suspicious tavern keepers, and all the other things that definitely matter later.
Secondary Purpose: DM Tools and Dark Arts
The Dungeon Master also gets tools, because even villains need organization. This includes managing campaigns, sessions, and world details, as well as keeping private notes that players absolutely should not see.
- Campaign and session management
- Private DM-only notes
- World organization and cleanup
How Campaigns Work
Each campaign has a central hub tying together characters, NPCs, locations, quests, and sessions. Everyone sees the shared information, while DM-only knowledge remains safely behind the screen.
User Accounts
User accounts may include optional contact information so parties can coordinate sessions, summon players, or ask why someone is late again. This information is for campaign organization only.
What This Site Is Not
- It is not a character builder
- It is not a rules engine
- It is not a replacement for actually playing the game
- It will not save you from bad dice rolls
This is a tool to reduce friction, preserve shared memory, and keep the campaign moving forward with fewer arguments, fewer forgotten details, and slightly fewer player deaths.
